Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor and/or artist in the 5th Annual DIA DE LOS MUERTOS CULTURAL FESTIVAL. Here you can find the registration forms.

Please follow the instructions, which include a screening process when submitting the registration form and include a signed Release Form. Spaces are limited this year and therefore ask for completed forms to be sent no later than June 16, 2014. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. No exceptions.

Once we receive your registration, release form and payment, we will send you a confirmation of your participation.

Artists:

Artists will be featured in the SkyRose Chapel which offers a unique venue to showcase your art pieces.

Vendors:

The garden and the turnabout areas next to the SkyRose Chapel are a perfect backdrop to an open air marketplace.

Food Vendors:

The area in front of SkyRose Chapel is the food court.
